Well, we're done with the 16th working day. Tomorrow is it! Today the back splash was put in. Also half the hood and the cook top (well kind of). The cook top was missing a piece and it turns out they need a small piece of granite for behind (the specs for the cook top led Doug to believe it would go all the way back to the back splash, not so). Also, they need to make an adjustment to the granite on either side of the cook top so it can slide in properly. Tomorrow the back splash will be grouted, dishwasher installed, plumbing to sink and faucet, finish up the cook top and hood. The electrician is also coming tomorrow so that will include the under cabinet lighting, working appliances, working outlets, working lights! After tomorrow is over we just need our floors finished, then we will put the refrigerator in place and a few other minor things like new roman shades! Woo hoo!

Good question. Not too dark. Darker than they are, but still in the "light" pricing category!
